Kwik Semi Automatic (KCS) - Process 50 - 3000 kgs of waste per day
Transfer to Curing System: Pre-compost is emptied into crates, loaded onto a stainless steel transfer trolley, and moved to the fogging and curing system.
Curing Process: The material is kept in perforated crates for aeration during an 8 to 10 day curing period.
Final Texturizing & Application: After curing, the resulting manure is ready for agricultural use or plant application. To achieve a better granular texture, it is recommended to pass it back through the OWC system for 1 to 5 minutes before use.
Inspection & Segregation: Organic waste is checked for contaminants (such as metal, glass, stone, and plastic) and separated before feeding the Organic Waste into the Kwik Semi-Automatic Machine.
Moisture Adjustment: If excess moisture is visually detected, sawdust or an absorbing media is added up to 30% of the waste's weight, depending on moisture levels.
Additives: Odour control powders and composting enzymes are mixed in at a dosage rate of 0.1% of the total input waste capacity.
Mixing and Shredding (15 Minutes): An agitator mixes the waste, and shredder grinds it to aerate, for aerobic microorganisms.
Inspection & Intermediate Run (5 Minutes): After 15 minutes, the container is opened for observation, closed again, and run for another 5 minutes before the system stops.
Discharge: The lid is reopened, if the material has turned into a granular, free-flowing substance, the system is restarted with the bottom valve open to drain and collect the processed material into a trolley placed below.
